Policies

Here's a bit about our process:

Cancellation

We ask for 24 hours notice to reschedule a lesson. If it’s within 24 hours, rescheduling may not be possible.

Late

If you aren’t logged in within 5 minutes, we will text or email to check-in. If you don’t join within 15 minutes of the start time, we will end the session and it will not be eligible for a refund.

Booking

Lesson schedules will be established during the kickoff call, and we’re flexible in adjusting them during the lesson time. If you’d like additional sessions, please contact us at least 24 hours before your preferred lesson time. All calls will be scheduled via Pencil Spaces, an interactive whiteboard platform.
